  • Network (LAN/WAN) Management: Firewall, Load Balancer and switch configuration, maintenance, proactive monitoring and response. Firewall activity logging and trending. DNS services.   • Systems Engineers, each with advanced skills and 5 to 15 years’ enterprise-level experience in one or more of: Unix/Linux/Solaris, Windows, Storage and Middleware.
  • Network & Security Engineers, each with advanced skills and 5 to 15 years’ experience in a combination of enterprise LAN/WAN management and Security.
  • Database Administrators, each with advanced skills and at least 10 years’ experience in operations and tuning of complex enterprise Oracle and/or SQL Server (and other SQL) databases.
  • Managers and Assistant Managers for each location, each of whom is a hands-on expert in at least one of the team’s domain areas and is accountable for the quality of service for their assigned customers.
  • Our Policy and Compliance Manager, responsible for ensuring that Mentora’s standards and policies are aligned with ITIL standards, support our customers’ compliance with HIPAA, PCI, GLB and other specific industry requirements, and are implemented consistently across locations.
