Our team has been in your shoes and understands that you need to know what we know.  The same performance reports and dashboards that we use are always available to you and your team.  We handle alerts, but if you want alerts sent to your team too, no problem!  You can independently see performance results, verify SLA compliance and drill down into code-related bottlenecks.
